Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer free shipping on all domestic orders! Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.
International Shipping Yes, we ship internationally! Please note that additional shipping fees may apply, and delivery times may vary by destination. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at questions@outherebymarcuschaves.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. If your package appears lost in transit, please reach out, and we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
