Rooted in Service, Driven by Purpose

Marcus was raised in a family deeply committed to service, a legacy shaped in large part by his sister, Rafaela Chaves. Her vision for Missions Ministry began as an act of devotion and care, and became a defining force in his life.

At a time when he needed direction, her work offered both grounding and purpose. Today, Marcus serves as Vice President, supporting Rafaela as she continues to lead and grow the organization.

Together, they remain committed to supporting children living in extreme poverty and social vulnerability through education, sponsorship, and long-term community development.
